- Be able to prepare yourself physically and mentally for the above.

About The Program.

A Sydney Swans flavour runs throughout the hour with the Swans games reviewed and previewed each week and much more.

We try to have at least two AFL player interviews each week subject to their availability.

Firstly, a Sydney Swans interview with a player, hopefully Adam Goodes or Michael O'Loughlin, if not one of their other great players and the second interview with an aboriginal player in opposition to the Swans that week. If we can't get an aboriginal opposition player, we'll try to catch up with one of the many indigenous people playing a role in the game or talk to someone in the game about an indigenous issue.

"Koori Rules" first show for example, featured interviews with Sydney Swans Michael O'Loughlin and the Fremantle's Troy Cook!

93.7FM Koori Rules listeners also hear all the AFL News of the Week that affects or may affect those of us in Sydney, all the Sydney Swans News and information, including the Reserves results and the results and fixtures of the local Sydney AFL to keep the listener in touch with the grassroots.

So now Sydney not only has an AFL radio show to educate and entertain them, but it will be coming from a Koori perspective which offers a new and exciting angle for Sydney radio listeners.

93.7FM Koori Radio and AFL will be a deadly combination! Koori Radio broadcast the recent Aboriginal Allstars game from Darwin via the National Indigenous Radio Service (NIRS) and "Koori Rules" and the station in general will be an invaluable media outlet to promote the Marn Grook game at Telsta Stadium in June. The station may even be able to broadcast the game via NIRS.

93.7FM Koori Radio is currently only heard in the inner city but this month we will be boosting our signal to be heard Sydney wide and even further, giving even more listeners in the Koori and AFL communities a chance to hear the program.
