Hi and welcome to a very waterlogged Round 5 of the 2003 SFA Premiership Season.

The clashes I will review today will be UNSW/ES comprehensive win over Parramatta and the game at Trumper Park between UTS and Penrith .

First Quarter saw UNSW/ES start fast against Parramatta by kicking the first 4 goals before Parramatta could kick 1. A late goal to UNSW/ES established a lead of 25 points. A lead that UNSW/ES would not relinquish for the rest of the day.

Third Quarter saw more of the same football in the second quarter as Parramatta again outscored the Premiers kicking 2 goals 3 behinds to UNSW/ES 2 goals 1 behind but it was UNSW/ES taking a comfortable lead of 17 points into the last change.

3/4 Time: UNSW/ES 10.7=67 Parramatta 7.8=50

The match started at a fierce pace with Penrith and UTS going goal for goal until the first change where UTS held a slender 3 point lead. Penrith coach Stephen Allen at the quarter time huddle implored his team to go harder at the ball and to look for options in the forward line.

The second quarter began with UTS kicking 4 unanswered goals before Penrith could answer. A further 2 goals to UTS established a match winning 41 point lead at the main change.

The third quarter saw UTS start to motor away from a struggling Penrith side, kicking 5 goals to 2 to take an assailable 60 point lead into the last change
