According to ten news Hall said that the club hadn't given him permission to speak but also blamed the media for breaking the ban on him.

Oh dear. I would have thought Davo would have been particularly careful talking to the media now. But what he said in the Tele interview soundded good to me.

And I just watched the last quarter of last year's semi final... and dammmit, i LOVE Davis!!! He can talk to whoever he wants..

Maybe Spriggs will be playing on Saturday after all

They wouldn't drop Davis for this in a million years. Even if they did, it'd be Bevo before Spriggs.

I think he had some wonderful things to say about the club.

Can't see this even being an issue, the media are just playing up on what is a pretty quiet build up, with no tribunal or major issues in either camp.

Hall said it in the press conference where he also divulged he wears the same knickers. With a cheeky grin he mentioned that he does wash them.:D

I loved it, I thought this article showed he had real respect for the system and what happened. I cant quote directly but i'm pretty sure he said something along the lnies of being glad that he wasn't put straight back in and that he had to work for it. Good on ya Roosey for stickin to your guns.

I agree with Damien... It was a glowing report for the Swans as a team and the club as a whole......

Here's the article from today's SMH...

But as the Swans prepared for the grand final this week and scheduled several players every day for media duties, Davis decided to again step outside the parameters and give an interview of his own, one not authorised by the club.

You're such a friendly and well informed guy, hammo.
