The Sunday Age has a great 3 page article on Roosy.

Probably sums up all of the pluses and minuses of him as coach.

Interesting to see the way he has thrown the challange out to the players. About time too.

The first article on Maxfield shows what he is like and what kind of captain he will be like. The 2nd one I knew about last season. Sheedy wanted him to join the Essendon coaching staff at the start of 2002 and when he got the job the first time Sheedy knew he had it. Can't get any higher praise than that
