I wonder how many guys we have that can now run the 3km in 10mins even or sub ?

O'dwyer and Richards also appeared to be right up there

this is a very competitive squad urging each other on !!

!

Awesome. Hannebery first real pre-season and sub 10 mins

We were terrible for running power and fitness in 2009. So hopefully this bodes well

Hanneberry came no.1 at the 2009 draft with 10:03mins at 17yrs of age

the sky is the limit for this kid.........Matthew Ling at the Cats still does just on 9:35 at 95kg which is an amazing effort

Gee Hanners looked slow to me on the field. Must have stamina and no speed.

Hopefully this is something he can work on, if so he will become a very, very good player.

Sorry for exposing my not-in-the-in-crowd credentials, but who is "nipper"?

Let's face it Hanna's wasn't played late last year because he was ready for senior football or deserved his spot.

It was his first year, he was living in Melbourne and didn't do much of the preseason at all.

Nice that we gave him a taste, but the Hanna's you see this year will be a totally different prospect to the one you saw last year.
