Under 19's are forfeiting all over the shop. On the weekend 3/8 games forfeited across DIV 1 and Div 2.
The week before it was 4/8. It really turns the whole thing into a joke.
Main offenders seem to be Manly, St George and Camden.

I'll have this week's report up tonight. Haven't had a chance to do anything with it over the weekend. Was in Canberra at the Giants game and didn't get home until 2:30am, then up at stupid o'clock for the City to Surf - and by the time I got home from that was too buggered to sit up at the computer.

Not a lot of thought goes into the 19's draw, in particular Div 2. Many times this year we have had games for men's and women's matches all at one venue against the same clubs, with the exception of the 19's. On a few occasions, the 19's play the following week against the team that the club had played against the previous week. . The league and the insurance company makes more money out forfeits than the clubs do.
