City to Henson for a training session cannot start before 7pm by time home is closer to 11pm. Great idea Friday nights but traffic is prohibitive. The other one is costs to hire grounds particularly Henson.

What about the early start for Saturday - CAMDEN to travel to play West 8.15am Start - PENRITH trip to Manly 8.30am StartWill be an early start for Penrith to get to Weldon that early. They have players who live in the Blue Mountains who will be driving in the dark to get there.

But it's not that unusual. Gore Hill starts at 9am this week, but they have quite a few 8am starts - with 7 games to get through most weeks, including Prems, they have to.

The Jets had an 0800 game at Trumper one Sunday morning, sprinklers were going full blast, grandstand was full of vagrants......mainly Jets players really.

Was back in 2010 if I remember Pekay, Had to leave my place at Blaxland at 6 am. Have had a couple of early starts up here this year going to the GC.
