It was a warm, sunny Sunday in Brisbane, but the Swans rarely broke into a sweat as they comfortably saw off the Lions by 32 points at the Gabba.
Rarely broke into a sweat? I can assure you that EVERYONE at the Gabba would have broken into a more than a sweat yesterday.
It was 28 degrees yesterday. I was as prepared as I could be, yet my t-shirt was still saturated by the end of proceedings.
Still Brisbane is my favourite away trip by miles. The Gabba is the best ground in footy too I reckon.

And I thought it was just a cliche that Sydney is always cold and wet!
I don't want to quibble, but there's one small factual error in the article:
The Swans have only played the Brisbane Lions 17 times for an 8-9 record (4-4 at the Gabba). Before the merger with Fitzroy, the side from Brisbane were known as the Bears. This latest win improved the Swans' win-loss record against the Lions to 14-19, including 4-7 at the Gabba.
