Peter, keep it up mate. You show dedication to the team, you involve the crowd, and one of the nicest things is seeing the kids imitate you whenever you start a cheer - they truely get a thrill out of it and enjoy it.

Pete you've got to stay long enough for the young kid from the ladies stand to get a deep enough voice to take over. I don't know who they love more, the players or you. I love watching them watching you start chants and then try to do some themselves. It's all part of it and you're all part of us. You're as Sydney as the Opera House and Harbour Bridge

by the way , Kenny is a great supporter /fan.
he is at EVERY training session running out water bottles for the players
Not a bad effort for a bloke in his late 70's

You are kidding right?

Firstly, Hatley is often the brunt of criticism on this forum, in fact the general area in which Hatley sits is criticized for being "followers" or lame for following his lead. I think his poll is warranted.
Secondly, No where does he state he is the most important fan of the Swans. If you'd ever bothered to talk to him, you would realise he is actually a quitely spoken man who is quite humble. I Very much doubt he is a "show pony", especially given that the attention he gets from media (ie being the obvious person to cut to in the crowd during games and on Tv ads) is not sought out by him, but is a product of his passionate following of the team.

Before you post next time, take your head out of your ass, and think about whether you have ANY knowledge regarding the topic you are about to comment on - and if, like your previous post, you know NOTHING - then spare us your drivel.

Anyway, leave Peter alone - it adds to the atmosphere to have some loonies (& I mean that in the nicest possible way) involved (unlike the average supporters sitting there like they've got sticks shoved up their arses).

I meant I didn't know specifically but I should be able to guess based on which direction the cheering was coming from..
