I looked at ticketek and 9am this morning and again at 12.30pm.
    - Next best seats in the silver section moved from row one on the western side upper tier to row 3.
    - In the bronze category, a similar story, a move from row 11 to row 14 on the western side upper tier.
Looks like sales are contiuning strongly!

Anything over 50,000 will be great this week.

The wettest June in Sydney for over 40 years, been horrible nearly every day, I just can't see the masses being motivated enough to buy relatively expensive tickets.

Rugby League crowds in Sydney over the past two weeks have taken a pretty big dive, albiet from smaller bases, I suspect our large membership base, 3 Game Telstra Ticket holders and Collingwood fans should be enough to push us up to that 50,000 mark.

I think we might top 95k. We'd have a chance at >100k if we weren't up against Iron Chef!
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

You have to wonder which paper is right. On Sunday morning the Sunday Telegraph said there were 10,000 tickets available to the match and in the Sydney Morning Herald this morning it said...

The Swans are anticipating a crowd "in the low sixty-thousands" on Saturday night depending on the weather, well short of the record AFL crowd at Telstra Stadium of about 72,000 for the match against Collingwood in 2003. There are still about 20,000 tickets available for Saturday night.

Ticketek probably released more tickets on Monday morning...

The weather forecast for Saturday has improved to mostly fine. There's been blue sky in Sydney since 10am this morning!
