We are guaranteed a finals birth unless there is 300 point result between the Saints and us in our two games.
We are also guaranteed playing in Melbourne (bar WC and Port being flogged at home...unlikely) in the first week on either Saturday afternoon or evening I would say. The airfares are already $$$$.
Who is going? I follow them anywhere comes finals.

I wish I could...but reality has struck after the fairytale two years of watching the Swans in the finals. Aburst hot water cylinder and 7 smashed teeth by youngest daughter have put paid to anything. I'm too frightened to go out of the house waiting for the third problem. Hopefully it was the game on Sat night and the gods are appeased.

I'd like to go but unfortunately don't have the $$$. Well i kinda do, but if we make the GF and i have already spent it on the first week of finals then that would be really stupid.
Unless they make the GF this week will be the last time i'll see them this year.

We could conceivably play 4 weeks in Melbourne. That could take a big slice out of the wallet!
If they are at the MCG, they are free, except the GF. Otherwise, yes.

I've worked out the same likely scenario and am gonna drive down this time, as Friday is a holiday here and I'm on leave for 3 weeks after that, so can take my time.
