    I think you will find that contracts expire in October so in Judd's case he can choose to go into the pre season draft because by then he in uncontracted and WCE have no hold on him. However he has said he has no reason to dud WCE and will try to have the deal work out with the best possible scenario for the WCE. So his fate will be settled in trade week which is before the National Draft and a deal will be done for players and or draft picks. QED.
