13 games at either home or neutral grounds.... Pretty good result for us....

7 Home games at SCG (True home games)

4 Home games at Telstra (Sort of home games )

2 "Away" at Manuka (Realistically, neutral ground)

Is this right - we play Port Adelaide and Stkilda twice in the first 12 rounds?
Yes. New Policy of the AFL. They have two clubs meeting for the first time for the season in Round 22.

No they didn't, they took a game "HOME GAME" from the SCG. We have the same amount of games in Victoria as 07, 06, 05 and 04.

Don't stir up needless Sydney vs Melbourne crap

They basically moved a game from the G to the Dome. Which is true, because we are playing Collingwood at the Dome this year rather than the G.

The TV brake up is crap, that much is true.....(we await for CTS)

Which is why I think it is worse - just one game at the MCG!

I am shocked as to why there was a need for the early game in 2008. Fox just have pointless filler until the twilight game.

Also, surprising we play two early sunday matches at the MCG. Don't think the MCG has ever been used before the 1.10pm match.

Am I missing something? according to the fixtures on the AFL site:

15 13-Jul-08 1:10 PM Hawthorn Away MCG Sunday Early FOX
16 20-Jul-08 1:10 PM Carlton Away MCG Sunday Early FOX

    Good draw for us.

Only 1 of the last 6 games is away (I'm counting Canberra as our 2nd home).

Good Telstra Stadium games: WC (easy beats now they dont have a midfield), Essendon (easy beats), Collingwood (Damn pies consider us easy beats) and Geelong (premier, good rivalry from 2005, and hopefully hungover).
