Shows Roos insistence that every other forward (notably O'Keefe and Davis) play midfielder roles. Given his poor season there is no way he should have stats like that. Thos stats show how truley 1 dimensional we are and how slow we are to adapt to alternate circumstances. Hopefully 08 will be an evolution - wasn't that a sticker one year?

Yeah but hardly the same type of player. BBBBH is a marquee, classic, big fwd that's supposed to deliver bags of goals. MO'L is more your second or thrird fwd that creates a bit of havoc in the fwd line and "pinches" a cple of goals. The fact that BBBBH only kicked four more than him shows what a poor year BBBBH had, and what a great year MO'L had. Ordinarily you'd expect MO'L to be 30 + goals, BBBBH to be 60 + goals.

Needs more eye surgery if his marking was anything to go by. However he still kicked 40+ goals so he gets a 5.001/10.

I think that sums it up. Are we judging him by his standards or by some absolute standard?

I guess we're judging by what we expect from him and according to how much he is being paid. He had an awesome season by Grundy's standards, but that's not particularly meaningful.
