    Swans reveal locker upgrade

"I think the change room facilities have been pretty much unchanged for
    20 years," said Ireland.
20 years old? Surely that building isn't even 10 years old!

The locker room is in the basement of the Brewongle which I think has been there longer than the Swans

You know that I know where it is! You were with me when we toured it! But I got the impression that it was all new when the Basil Sellers Centre was built! I do realise that the actual Grand Stand is older than the Basil Sellers Centre!

The only other players rooms I have seen is at Western Oval, and yes, they sure needed an update!

Wet recovery area, sounds like a new players bar.

From making banners - the warm up area they have near the locker room - is well worn and certainly needs a make over so I can imagine the locker room and ice bath area would to. Imagine all players in the area time and time again. It would become quite worn out.
    Love those Swans

The rooms underneath the Brewongle stand are as old as the hills Cher. We used to make our banners down there. It was dark & dingy & the weights & things the players used to use were embarrassingly old & ratty.

Don't they use the gym upstairs of the club's admin offices these days?

PS:- Wonder which player will try & smuggle their girlfriend in for an intimate dip in the whirlpool of a night!
