It seems to have been a very long time since a Swan won a Rising Star Nomination. Hopefully in 2008 we will get at least three and maybe even four nominees. The obvious candidates are:
1. Keiran Jack
2. Ed Barlow
3. Craig Bird
4. Jesse White, (whom I'm sure will play a senior game very soon)
& Nick Smith who must be a chance to play this year since he was elevated.

Laidlaw would make it by 9 months
