You don't ban those who supported your opponent, you make them wallow in their loserdom by covering your victory! You sit them in the front row. You give them a hat! Toby Ziegler

Bevan faces moment of truth | The Australian
Good read.
I hope Bevo sticks it up his critics.
For all the critisism that he gets for his disposal, this year he has been pretty good with an 82% efficieny rate, which is ranked equal 3rd at the club.
I have not been a big fan of Bevan, however, he did a supurb job on shutting down Shannon Grant last week.
Swannies for life!
Having a much better year this year.
The only problem I have with Bevan is articulated well in this article -
When on the last line he makes me very nervous. Play him anywhere, but the back 3.Fearless to the point of folly during games
The eternal connundrum "what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object" was finally solved when David Hasselhoff punched himself in the face.
That was the old Bevan. This year's model has been pretty reliable all over the ground. Has hardly done anything wrong around our defensive goal this year.
When you see him playing confidently, his disposal, especially by foot, is really very good. He has been hitting most of his targets of late, and some on quite long kicks.
The truth is out, Connolly is a woman (Jenny McAsey)!
Nice article. Let's see where he is at by the end of this year.
Makes you wonder why they waited 70 odd games to tell him, mind. And wonder if the same trick might have worked with Dempster, for whom confidence also seemed to be the main thing holding him back.
Bevan has been one of the more consistant players this year, and very much improved IMHO.
As mentioned did a great job shutting down Grant last weekend.
