In a report tonight from Perth radio station 6PR, Mark Seaby has walked out on the Eagles seeking a better opportunity at another club in 2009.
At the age of only 24 I reckon he is worth looking at IMO.
Nick Davis for Seaby?

Forget about Hall, it's all about Bradshaw
Wouldn't be the worst trade and I think we'd be the winners, just. I'd love to see Davis get regular game time and if that happens to be with West Coast then I'd b watching more of their games in 2009.
Like I said in another thread, though, I hope we give Davo another chance.
Well, that sure is bad news for Peter Street.
Would pay our 3rd rounder (#45?) for him in a heartbeat. In a strong and almost-last-uncompromised-for-years draft, though, 2nd rounder would probably be too much. Sydney would pay it, though, based on past form.
4th rounder + Nick Davis

Maybe Roos' lunch with Cox was not about Cousens but Seaby.
In memory of my little Staffy - Dicey, 17.06.2005 to 1.12.2011- I'll miss you mate.
The odds on Naitanui joining the Eagles must've shortened significantly.
He's been a good 2nd ruckman but never a standout, although he's been OK as a forward. However, he could barely get a game this year with the Eagles despite the club becoming a basket case.
I wouldn't be surprised if the Swans try to get him.
I only support one team: The SYDNEY SWANS!!!!!
Eagles aren't going to want 3rd or 4th rounders, if they trade Kerr for the 2 first rounders that they're after, they will have 5 picks in the first 20. There's only so many players they would want to pick in one draft.
Yes please. Direct swap for Brabazon.
"As everyone knows our style of football is defensive and unattractive, and as such I have completely forgotten how to mark or kick over the years" - Brett Kirk
Do we really lack ruckmen? Currie is set to line up with Jolly, we have decent pinch hitters in LRT, White and Playfair with Pyke another possibility in the not too distant future, and Orreal a little further down the track.
Seaby is worth considering because as well as rucking he could be useful up forward, and I think he fits the profile of a fair quality player who could well do better at another club (like Ted).
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)
