Any idea on who the swans play in the NAB Cup?
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.
I hope Roosy tells the whole team to 'go forward, but don't kick a goal'.
Did absolute wonders for the last bloke he......allegedly.....said it to.

Not totally sure how Junior AFL operates here in Sydney, but it wouldn't surprise to see them juggle days or even have a complete week off to enable as many juniors as possible to attend the Saturday games.

I'm a bit worried about the Saturday arvo games as I work every second Saturday and it would be just my luck to have to work on both of those Saturdays.
Interesting titbit in the Herald today:

I'm guessing the WC game is the extra one? What would you do for half a million dollars? If you're the Sydney Swans, you'd host a fourth game at ANZ Stadium. The word is the stadium offered the club $500,000 to host another match there and the Swans have ditched a game at an atmospheric stadium (SCG) and taken the moolah to play at Homebush Bay - "selling their soul" was how one source put it. In the past the Swans were required to play four games at ANZ, but that requirement went down to three when their crowd averages dropped last year. However, ANZ, eager to host Swans matches, kicked in the extra cash and the trek for fans continues ?
the trouble is with the match passes at ANZ - 3 or 4 games - the tickets purchased give you no view unless you have a very good pair of binoculars.
Hopeless seats and as high as you can go.
Doesnt make you want to come back again.
Love those Swans
