Davis to return
Ball to return.
There will be a crossover of the 05 premiership player and the next crop as West Coast had with Banfield. SOOO I say The Vespa

I'd actually say LRT but he's rumoured to be leaving the Swans mid-contract to pursue his dream of playing for the Wallabies

Speaking of literary allusions (see the round 7, 2014 reserves thread), as LRT and ROK play out their twilight year(s) kicking metaphorical dew off the grass, and the Goodes train steams back into town, this is how the debate ends?not with a bang, but a whimper. As ROK and LRT are out of contract at the end of the 2014 year, if the suspected Goodes retirement decision is made, then it will be a 3-way tie to be last on the Swans list from the 2005 premiership side. But, barring the body breaking down, I'm pretty confident that the last guy to run out in a Swans guernsey for the seniors, will be pick 43 from the 1997 national draft.
And depending on some other dudes' contract and injury status, we may have the bizarre situation in 2015 where 2 Swans 2005 premiership players are suiting up for St Kilda, but zero are suiting up for the Swans!
Nick Davis might still be running out on the field during the 2015 season.
And kicking goals too. Metaphorically speaking, of course.
Dempster will surely be the last on 2005 island, but wouldn't surprise to see Goodes suit up for us next year. He's being well-rested.
