    Fantastic to see! The guy's been bustin' to be a captain at our club and he deserves it.

    Pemiership medal, club captain, 2 Brownlows, member of the Indigenous Team of the Century - a pretty impressive list of honours!

    Would have been a kick in the teeth for him not to have been made captain, and one that he doesn't deserve. One of the few genuine matchwinners in the team and one whose consistency (or lack thereof) is sometimes rated harshly against very high standards.

    Here's hoping 2009 is another Brownlow year. He's about due!
