    Round 8 - West Coast

There's virtually nothing separating us and the Eagles on the ladder at the moment, so I think Saturday's match might end up being a bit closer than many of us would like.

They might not have Daniel Kerr's services for the evening, but given our own erratic form, we're in no position to sit back and pencil this in as a win. You can bet they'll lift for this match simply because it's against us.

It's shaping as another danger game, actually. Having said that, I think we'll win. Swans by 26.

No Kerr = no West Coast. If he doesn't play then we win by three goals. If he plays... well who knows.

These days, I'm just happy if they beat them by 1.

Stuff the percentage. When the only thing that separates the men from the boys is percentage .... who needs it???
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.

I was glumly resigned to losing to Geelong last week, but the Eagles? I hate the Eagles. I refuse to believe or accept that we'll lose to West Coast, whose implosion since last year I've gloated cruelly over.

On the other hand, given our wobbles of late, it could be closer than I'd like.

Eagles will be lucky to be in touch at half-time.

Eagles cant win away, how embarrassing for Sydney if the bloods lose.

Should (repeat, SHOULD) be a comfortable 4-6 goal victory for the Bloods.

We will win by 40 plus. I am rarely confident when it come to the Swans but West Coast looked very average on Sunday and this week should be without Kerr, I refuse to believe we wont keep our perfect home record intact easily.

    Yep, I'm with you Damien.
Home town umpiring was the only thing that kept them in the game on Sunday.

Bloods by 26. Hope they put the Moose on Cox for soem of the time. The Eagles forward who gets marked by Bevo will have to earn every touch as the kid replies to his critics.

Well, they can't win away and we look alright at home so we really should be ok with this one, especially with Kerr out.
