Barry Hall on One week at a time - One HD

I thought I would start a new thread as this is unrelated to the other threads.

Barry did feature tonight and presented himself very well. He spoke well and answered the questions intelligently. (OK no sarcasm)

Barry said that he din't swear to the umpire on the first free kick.

Stats showed on the show indicated he has had 6 free for this year and 19 against.

He said that it was his fault for turning the game around and accepted full responsibility. He said that he has 11 weeks to hopefully make it up to the team .

He spoke to the leadership team and captains and they accepted his brain explosion and told him to get on with the rest of thwe year.

I think Barry looked like he was not going to let it crush his year.

Asked about next year, he said that he was 70% mentally ready for next year. His body was sometimes yelling him otherwise. He also said that it would be up to the Swans whether they offer him a contract beyond this year.

Robert Walls said that Barry should play next year because he has beeen having a very good year to date.

Barry finished the show smiling and ready for next round.

After having 24 hrs to rethink the situation, I hope he does play next year and I have changed my mind from yesterday.

I still think magpoos will beat the Swans though.

Would have been nice to have the OneHD broadcast in Canberra rather than a screen saver.

Will be winning our next premiership at the same time is my theory. And the free to air stations will run through Foxtel's satellite so I get decent commercial station reception in the valley

My pleasure to write something serious on RWO for a change. I also watched Roos on On the Couch and gave summary on the other thread.

Crackers you can plan for are ok - it's the ya hoos a month later when you're out walking the dogs that cause problems.

Oh how I hope Bazza smashed the stinkin pies and that we get another crack at the Hawks this year.
