My "Spud meter" red lines everytime I think of him. Froms such an auspicious beginning, he's gone backwards in leaps and bounds. Who was the flog that labelled him "The next Adam Goodes"??? You owe Mr & Mrs Goodes an apology.

The Cheese has been a bit disappointing this season, but he still has a lot of talent and I'm not disappointed we held onto him for one more season.
Here's hoping he can get it together and be able to nail down a spot in the team.

Not terribly impressed.
Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.
I did not see most of his games, but the thing I found most frustrating was his one-pace.
Even when he was within cooee of the ball, or someone with the ball, he seemed unable/reluctant to make an effort to speed up and push himself.
I fear for his future unless he can get hungry to be involved, when he is in the vicinity.
As good a precise as we are going to get. And that is what frustrates me as we know he can be better (sounds like my old report cards, year in and year out...)
HOWEVER, just checked the Swans AFL site, and see that Ed has topped the Kurnell sand hills torture test. Perhaps he has decided that he is better than we think he is (at present) and has decided to make us sit up and take notice. At least on the training track. Go Ed! We bag you relentlessly, but its only tough love. Then when you prove yourself it will be a love fest a la Macca!
