8 from me, 9 if he hadn't gone to Collingwood.

Won't join in the sniping. He has a right to live his own life without having to kowtow to us. He, his wife and his children have a right to live in Melbourne amongst their families if they choose. Its just its Collingwood.....then again it could have been the dogs, and it would have been worse.

8 from me, flew out of the gates and lost momentum at the end.
I can't hold the move against him. I did the same thing when my kids first came along. I moved back to Coffs Harbour to be closer to my parents and family. It was one of the best things I could've done.
The only bummer is not being able to see get to the SCG regularly.

Now there is another reason to beat the Pies.

I have to admit, I really do resent Jolly. All will be forgiven if pick 14 turns out to be a gun, but @@@@ me.... seeing him on the AFL site with that big goofy grin on his face in a Collingwood polo just makes me want to..............

Officially on the Reid and Sumner bandwagon!

I am trying to think happy thoughts.

Paul Williams, yes thats a good one.
Andrew Schauble; yep, thats another one.
Robbie Ahmet; the goal against North is a treasured memory.
    Scotty thingy; grrrrrrrrrr

Mrs Willo; dragged the WAGS to events and created a great time had by all atmosphere; also provided home meals for lots of the younger boys (heard that from the man himself), and wherever she was people were happy and having fun. I admired her immensely, improved things out of sight.

And Collingwood got a Rocca and a Jolls.

Hmmm. I think we won out here. IMO.

I have a feeling that in 4 or 5 years moves such as Jolly to Cwood will be commonplace and not subject to the emotional criticism they attract currently.. This caper is becoming more and more of a business..NFL(US) style. Fan emotions will be less and less attached to lifetime players at the one club, because they will become very, very rare!
However it looks as if supporters weld to the club, and the individual players become less emotionally part of the supporters loyalties(in the long term).
I hate to see this developing but fear it's inevitable. Of course , if free agency appears, it will be a fait accompli.

I thought he was pretty good. He went to Collingwood, so what, that's lfe and that players move for varying reason is merely now a part of the business.

I gave him 8 brcause he worked so hard for such long times in games. I would have given him higher but I can't forget that were still about the worst out of the centre in the comp, and he had 52 hitouts against the Pies that really meant nothing in the end.

8 - he had a pretty good year.

the fact that he has gone to Collingwood is a bit icky

He has realised that if you are married, the key to a happy life is a happy wife!!!
As much as we are all pissed off with him - he has, quite rightly, put his family first.
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................
