The Swans will shock people this year - Luke Darcy

Luke Darcy's list of most impressive players in Round One on the AFL site includes Nick Malceski
    Nick Malceski
You can see he has finally got his confidence back after undergoing revolutionary knee surgery in 2008. He is moving laterally and he has got the penetration back in his kicking. The Swans have got him and Tadhg Kennelly back up and running and I think they are on the way up. They?ll win more games than they?ll lose and showed a lot of promise against St Kilda on Saturday. They?ve got a strong forward line too and have a few good mature-aged recruits in Mark Seaby, Shane Mumford, Daniel Bradshaw, Ben McGlynn and Josh Kennedy. The Swans are a new-look team and will shock a few people this year.

I find both Luke Darcy and Alistair Lynch have reasonable views towards the Swans.

I also enjoy the "reasonable" views presented by Luke and Lynch. Very picturesque!

Reading Jeffers' comment I instantly thought "I bet some of our poster like to view Darcy and Lynch"!
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

I second that - Luke Darcy is just lovely.
I used to be indecisive, but now I'm not so sure..................

Thirded..... sigh..... now if we could just get Tom Harley to commentate life would be good.

Agreed, Lynch loves the Swans! He and Roosy go way back. When he's commentated on Swans-Lions games in the past it seems like he's been more biased towards us despite having played his whole career with the Lions...

I've quite been enjoyed "Darce's" comments on One Week at a Time. Insightful too. And none of that Victorian media's bias against the Swans.
