    Roosy and the Royboy coaches

Unusual in that the popular thought is that successful teams produce the most coaches. For example, the great Hawthorn sides found Matthews, Eade etc..Essendon, Harvey, Thompson etc...but the old, much maligned Royboys have 3 current first grade coaches, Matty Primus and Ross Lyon along with Roosy!

How many coaches will come out of the Roos' era, and who?

I don't see Kirk as a lead coach due to all his hippie, new age, pot smokin ways, but he has potential as an assistant.

Interesting question, although it takes us off topic. Maybe worth its own thread.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

    Kirk

    Willow

    Moore?

    Smith?

    Both early.

There's one guy I'd love to see as a coach - Mr B.Hall.

    Actually, scratch Kirk.

I can see him making his living from the motivational speaking circuit. I'm normally not a fan of such things, but I'd pay to see him speak about life and success.

If I was a betting man I'd put it all on him.
