    ROK Cooking Challenge

Inspired by tonight's slap-dash meal, I'd like to see Ryan O'Keefe post a recipe for a delicious, nutritious meal consisting only of red and white ingredients.

For the record, my slap-dash meal consisted of only chicken (white) and tomato, red kidney beans and chilli (red). Yes, I'm a bachelor.

At least you are getting some fibre there! What about a salad of sliced tomatoes with sliced Mozarella - ok it does have a few torn up basil leaves as decoration, but they can represent the grass on the pitch. And to dress it instead of using brown balsamic - use white Balsamic vinegar instead (yes there is such a thing) - and there you have it - a red and white dish and can be served with chicken!

You could also grind red peppercorns and white sea salt flakes as your seasonsing.

Cooking for me consists of opening up a cardboard box and entering 8min into the microwave. Yes ladies, I am available.

Back on topic, I could make strawberries and cream I guess.
..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

How much fibre is in the cardboard these days?
Does it have a tick from the Heart foundation?

Had a Grand Final cake about 5 and 4 years back. The icing was a swans jumper.......first one, and the second was a white swan on red background.
If you've never jumped from one couch to the other to save yourself from lava then you didn't have a childhood

My 40th Birthday cake was a replica Swans jumper - Aussie Ange arranged it all - it was a shame to cut it up - it looked fantastic.(tasted bloody nice too!)
