I'm getting so nervous, we are playing a team we should beat which would give us a game against a team we are due to beat (and I just know we can)....
MUST WIN MUST WIN!
Put it like this both Gary Ablett Jnr & Shane Crawford reckon we will win CLICK HERE and out off all these so called experts they know how good the swans play because they have been up against us recently Even Robert Walls the Swans hater has tipped us CLICK HERE
CARN THE BLOODS
I JUST REALISED I'M GOING TO MISS THIS GAME!!
Someone in the UK needs to text me live score updates! @@@@!
Who cares what the media says? As long as the team has confidence in themselves and each other, then they will give it a good shake.
Here's as good a thread as anywhere to provide some statistical light relief. I've been harpin' on a bit about 5-8 sides' dire 2/20 (now 2/21) record in week 2 of finals against 1-4 sides. But a lot of this is surely because of sheer ladder disparity showing a significant difference in class, e.g. tonight being 2nd vs 6th.
That story doesn't generally apply when it's 4th v 5th. In the current finals system, amazingly 4th has only played 5th 3 times. (Most years, either 4th has beaten 1st, or 8th has beaten 5th, in the 1st week of the finals.)
And sure, sadly the 5th-ranked team is still waiting for its first win. But with losing margins of 11 points (2001), 33 points (2007) and 5 points (2009), we're clearly around the mark, and due to notch up our first win. Let's do it tonight.
Swans love in in Melbourne media this morning! Now that makes me nervous!
I'm not arrogant, I'm right
In Melbourne and pumped for tonight- COME ON YOU BLOODS!!!!
David Smorgon was on the radio - was talking up the Doggies chances against St Kilda next week (SEN). Seems we are no chance - hardly any mention of us being a chance

You don't ban those who supported your opponent, you make them wallow in their loserdom by covering your victory! You sit them in the front row. You give them a hat! Toby Ziegler
