Now I know how the original readers of Charles Dickens felt, fed one chapter at a time in monthly(?) publications.....
If you've never jumped from one couch to the other to save yourself from lava then you didn't have a childhood
seems a long time between drinks
forgotten 1996
2005 a much sweeter memory,2012 even better
You actually get 2 chapters for the price of one!!
Suspensefull isn't it??
Round 7 v Geelong, SS.
Sydney 3.0 5.2 7.3 9.5 59 Geelong 4.0 7.4 12.8 19.12 126
BEST: Malceski, Kennelly, Shaw, Grundy, Jack
Never a happy hunting ground, the top of the ladder swans head down to Geelong to test their mettle against the benchmark team of the comp. It wasn't a happy day for the swans as the Cats were on their game, and stretched our back line to the limit. While it held up well under the immense pressure it was only a matter of time before they tired, and the cats ran rampant. 12 goals to 4 in the 2nd half.
Jack was the top scorer with 2, while Pyke filled the breach left by Seaby with 18 HO.
Mumford suspended for tackling the golden hairless boy.
Cats by 67.
5-2-0.

Round 8 v Bulldogs, Manuka.
Sydney 3.2 4.7 6.9 9.9 63 Bulldogs 4.4 9.6 14.10 14.17 101
BEST: Goodes, McVeigh, Shaw, Mattner
No Bradshaw or Mumford
Lake caused a flood all by himself, taking full advantage of the fact he had no match up and ran riot to the point he even kicked 2 goals. The Swans had no answer to Lake, or Hall(5.4) who seemed to revel at the ground. The Dogs middield ran the swans ragged, and had winners all over the ground. McVeigh, Mattner and Shaw all tried hadr, but had no support.
Goodes with 4 Goals

Wild speculation, unsubstantiated rumours, silly jokes and opposition delight in another's failures is what makes an internet forum fun.
Blessed are the cracked for they are the ones who let in the light.
..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC
