Anyone else noticing Nick Smith constantly getting votes??? A real indication of how good he really is. Not a flashy player. Usually plays a run with or shut down role. Hardly TLM vote inspiring stuff, but generally, in our best.
That was evident in the club's B&F count too. Missing the first few senior games of the year, and then 4 weeks out with a hamstring injury mid-year, cost him any chance of a top 10 finish but on average votes per game played, I suspect he'd have finished in the 6-8 range of the B&F
14 rounds down, I'm getting nervous about Jack. He maybe should have polled more by now.

This is much more exiting than the Junior Masterchef leader Board

Round 16 v Carlton, ES.
Sydney 6.3 10.6 14.9 16.11 107 Carlton 1.0 3.1 8.3 10.8 68
BEST: Goodes, Grundy, Jack, Shaw, Mumford, Hannebery, Malceski, McVeigh
Rhyce Shaw was the surprise packet in this game, putting his speed to good use as a leading forward. Sydney kicked 6 goals to 1, and that 1 was from a kick into the man on the mark, whcih handed Judd a simple goal. The Swans through an invigorated Goodes blitzed the Blues to lead by more than 7 goals at half time. The blues outscored the swans in the final half, but the damage was already done.
LRT was a late withdrawal, and Smith did his hammy.
Shaw 3 goals, and a swag with 2.

We must be showing a zigzag of personal favouritsm here. Kizza is barely in the Mix!! Does that mean the coaches know more than us sidewalk superintendants? Perish the thought.
If you've never jumped from one couch to the other to save yourself from lava then you didn't have a childhood
Patience, Primmy - his time is near.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)
