    If TDL gets a good run on the field and he has his kicking boots on, he'll have a field day against GWS.

    What's the mail on NATHAN Ablett. Just couldn't make the cut?

    A pity Gaz isn't playing, but then again, neither is Mumford.

    Beating this team will be no walkover IMO.

    Oh Yes, but the Suns are running "Stokely" Carmichael on him apparantely. I hope he doesn't go for the biff when TDL totally outclasses him

    I think it should be (though have to allow for rustiness, with it being the first proper hit-out). There might well be talent there, but barely any of them have any senior AFL experience and most of them are still teenagers. If team comprising Goodes, McVeigh, Grundy, Jack, Kennedy, Seaby, McGlynn, Hanners, Jude etc cannot get over GC17, we are in for a long season, IMO.

    So how many goals ahead is an acceptable win ? ...and how many constitute a walkover?

    Acceptable win=7 goals
    Walkover =10+ goals
    It should be close to a walkover !

    Much like the real footy, all NAB cup games will be available online via Bigpond, Swans games will be on line on website. I think they generally go up within 24 hours.

    I think the scoreline / margin will be less of a telling factor than the degree to which the Swans control the game / dominate possession. I am expecting them to be rusty, so forays forward may not be particularly fluent. And of course we won't have a Bradshaw or White up there as a big FF target. My expectation is just that they never remotely look like losing the game.

    Of course, I might be in for a nasty shock!

    He;s had injuries troubles, a hammy I think.

    Great to have footy back. At least we should be guaranteed 2 weeks on TV before heading off to the country matches.
