    Will the ressies still play?

With this horrendous weather today, what are the chances of the ressies game being pulled?
I thought this has happened at the SCG before but I can't quite remember.

The club has said on Facebook they expect the weather to clear up based on the radar images. The SCG has excellent drainage so I don't think they'll be too worried about the impact of the ressies' game.

Quite a while ago, can remember only once when it had been bucketing for days. Kids must learn to play in mucky weather too!!

Looking at the BOM radar most of the rain is up your way. We are on the edge so it may well clear. No sign of that yet tho.

Also recalling the last game they cancelled it rained nonstop days before the game which isn't the case today.

The club was also nice enough to post on these forums to let us know at the time

Just leaving from Liverpool area, hasn't rained here for over an hour. Certainly threatening, but dry all the same.

I left the city about an hour ago (not 100% so may not get to game tonight) and it was still pouring - flooding in the inner city as a result.
