I would have gone to the Gold Coast, but I flew over it when I went to Brisvegas and saw it from the plane window ... that was plenty close enough thank you.

SE Qld seriously sucks. Now I know why I've always gone straight to Cairns.

If you're not inclined to go to the Gold Coast, you could always trek over to BOP on Sunday afternoon to check out FSS Lloyd Perris playing for the Rams U16s.

Been working in WA for a solid two months but timed my week off to come and watch us play the Suns. Flew in a couple of ours ago.

Rapt to log on tonight and find the ressies are playing the curtainraiser. Looks like an earlier train to the Gold Coast than planned!
