    Nathan Buckley was picked even before he could demonstrate whether he was going to have a knack of coaching or not. He hadn't even been an assistant for a season when the announcement was made. I have heard rumours that the whole thing irked Mick big time as he thought there were several better candidates for a succession at that stage. The Collingwood footy club also put Mick in the position of teaching Buckley when trying to win premierships. I get the feeling Buckley is Micks protege whether Mices it or not.

    A panel of RWO people could coach that team at the moment. Might take a few years for him to drop.
