I agree about Kirk. I think his absence is the biggest single factor. Explains our soft performances against Fremantle, Adelaide and last week. Our on-field leaders have gone missing too often.
FWIW Roos' view is it's form:

"We saw with St Kilda earlier on in the year, when your better players and your experienced players aren't playing that well (the team struggles)," he said.
Seems true as far as it goes but doesn't explain why we'd played so well against the Bombers a week ago.
For this week we have to show hunger for the contest. I'm expecting we will and will finish up with another of those "brave" losses.
The man who laughs has not yet heard the terrible news
I thought I hated "brave" losses until I had to sit through an abject loss.

To all those people who waited 72 years to see a South Melbourne/Sydney Swans premiership HERE IT IS!!
I agree with this as well. The exact changes I'd like to see made, my only other change would be the inclusion of Mike Pyke. He's a goer, quick, menacing and plays with heart.
Give TDL a string of games to prove himself. The bloke knows how to kick a goal when so many don't.
It's very hard to live in a studio apartment in San Jose with a man who's learning to play violin. That's what she told the police when she handed them the empty revolver.
