Rnd 23 Team of the Round.

    3 Swans made it.

Mumford and Goodes. No surprise there.

But good on Benny McGlynn for getting a gig. Shutting down Selwood.

Can't see how Clarkson got the Coaching role, ahead of Horse.
It is a team of the round, not over 3 years.

I don't get the love for Stephen Milne! They were going on about him on OTC last night like he was the greatest thing since sliced bread.
Ok, he was good this week and can find the goals, but in my opinion, when the pressure is on, like the game against us the week before and the Grand finals last year, he's MIA.
Am I missing something or is this what most rational thinking people think?

    Well said Jewels.
Coz he can kick goals at Etihad, and no where else.

    Can't stand him, but he's a gun.

His goal scoring record stands up against any small forward in the history of the game.

Small forwards will always go MIA at times and it is invariably when there midfield gets 'obliterated' as it did against us.

Good to see our blokes recognised. Rhyce must have been close.
He reminds him of the guys, close-set, slow, and never rattled, who were play-makers on the team. (John Updike, seeing Josh Kennedy in a crystal ball)

Those were the boys I had in my Sticky, so I am glad they have been recognised elsewhere, and I am a brilliant picker.

Couldn't care less if he kicks 2000 goals in his career. He's a grub and will get no positive reviews from me about anything he does.
..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

If i was a saints supporter i would love him, but since i am not i don't like him. But as a player he does all the right things perhaps he's too much of a show pony, but he is one of the best if not the best goal kicking small forwards(at the moment).

How Enright got a gig ahead of Shaw is a complete mystery.

That would be due to Jon Anderson selecting the team who is a one eyed Geelong Supporter........
