I thought they'd be lucky to get between 2,000-3,000 members. They're not that far behind the Suns either.

Good on em! And by the looks of last years Swans membership numbers, not many of them would be ex-Swans? Our membership numbers seem to keep ticking up as our form is improving. Hopefully a lot of tag alongs will join up as the season progresses.

Good on the Giants! In time they will win the Westies over! Pull enough kids to play and eventually their parents come along too. The other thing is a lot of parents are looking for an alternative to RL & RU because of the high Junior Injury rate. Mum's especially don't like their kids getting belted in the head and getting broken arms. Most of this happens at teen level but Mum's are Mum's and even then there is a chance of a cross over. Issie is doing very well too as an ambassador.
