Would not make sense in my opiniin. hanners is our outlet gut runner. Having him on the bench if injured would make no sense. Late omission or plays entire game

Agree, he allows them to play two slow talls up front. It will take a lot of cover now if merrett plays forward

Definitely. Don't know if his record is too good against us but he's a matchwinner on his day.

Yep, playing in the magoos. This from an article on Swans website ...

Swans midfielder Luke Parker, who has missed the last month of football with a fractured collarbone, will make his return through the Swans reserves this weekend.

Longmire said giving Parker a run in the reserves will be the best preparation for a return to the senior team later this season.

?(Parker?s) missed a month now and he?s bounced back really quickly, considering the original diagnosis was going to be six-to-eight weeks,? he said.

?He?s back playing this week and we discussed him briefly in regards to senior selection, but it?s in Luke?s best interest for the rest of the year for him to play good game time in the reserves and have a good crack and run around.

?We want him to get a few touches and feel good about himself in the twos, and we?re looking forward to seeing how he goes.?
