Predicted showers on Sunday, if LRT isn't fit, Parker would be the perfect in.

I think a few people need to go back and watch the Hawks game to realise how well Parker was playing earlier in the season and how crucial he is for our finals chances. He creates so many opportunities in contested situations and is often that player who provides a spark when the chips are down. He must come into the team at some point IMO and the sooner the better... particularly as it will mean an extra rotation and giving a bit more of a breather to the rest of the on ball brigade.

Everitt or LRT out makes the most sense. We rarely have both in for a full game in any case and Bird or Malceski could quite easily take the sub vest.

our backline looks much better with Lou vs Mal

but a semi final team needs Parker in the 22.........the kid was on an upward curve this season and lets be frank he is already one of our better midfield players

Maybe next year will be Armstrong's year.

I think the change for this week is simple, rest LRT after that knock and bring Parker in. If Luke is fit he's best 22, guaranteed.
I thought Armstrong made a significant contribution in big games against Essendon and Geelong. I don't know if Mal would have played as well against those teams. He's going well at the moment but I'll be interested to see how he goes against Collingwood and Hawthorn in a few weeks. Hopefully he can keep it up.

Totally agree. He might be similar to the other midfielders we have but he's just a gun and has to play.
