on sydneyswans.com.au this morning they had the "SOLD OUT" stamp imprinted over the top of the ad banner at the top of the homepage. I was curious to see whether it was truly sold out so I clicked on the banner to go to the ticketek website where it actually shows there are "Limited availability" for GA tickets as well as "Single Seats" for Platinum and Gold. Not sure why you would say an event is sold out when it clearly hasn't!

Surely the game will be a genuine full house.

If the same number of people attend as with last year's game, it would have to be full.

This is Ticketek we're talking about so those tickets could well be sight restricted seats like the cubicles in the Brewongle lavatories.
..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC
