My recollection is that if the rotation system had continued until the GF that year Benny would have been the Captain.

That would have been like giving BillyRayCypress a back rub... It just wouldn't have felt right.
..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

I know I'll cop a heap of abuse for what I'm about to write but I don't care....

I'd rather have seen Benny lifting the cup with Roos then the tool that did - and Benny, to all intents and purposes, still loves the club......

I'll never understand why it wasn't Kirk.
The eternal connundrum "what happens when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object" was finally solved when David Hasselhoff punched himself in the face.

No one's going to abuse you Jewels...

At the time Hall was the natural leader of the club. I too am pissed at him for how it all ended and his sledging of Swans fans recently was pathetic but for me that doesn't diminish the fact without Hall we would still be waiting for a flag.

Unfortunately at the time, we didn't know how big a tool he was going to turn out to be. That's history now.

Hey, I just noticed this bit.

I haven't forgiven you for disappearing during 3/4 time last Saturday when they were having the hug fest on the big screen. Just wasn't the same on my own!

Considering your avatar is pretty accurate can you exactly blame me.
