    So i just popped into aami stadium...

    This is what i heard...
    Verse 1
    Australians all let us rejoice,
    For we are young and free;
    We've golden soil and wealth for toil;
    Our home is girt by sea;
    Our land abounds in nature's gifts
    Of beauty rich and rare;
    In history's page, let every stage
    Advance Australia Fair.
    In joyful strains then let us sing,
    Advance Australia Fair.

    Sando had the boys learning the words, apparently alot of his team hadnt played a final and didn't know it.

    Looking forward to watching them @@@@ themselves on the weekend ala hawthorn vs us in the first quarter n a bit after playing easy opponnents for weeks. Dif is they wont come back.

    If Tex has to learn the National Anthem it might push out some other important memories

    The thing is that with so many of them finals newbies we have a small period (much like the Carlton 2010 final) where we can get a leg up whilst their youngsters get over the occasion and click into gear. I would be very concerned if we didn't win the first quarter well tbh.

    Just on the anthem, who the @@@@ got out of school without learning the words? They shove it down you're throat that many times that I still remember the second verse off by heart.

    "Rule Britannia" in the really traditional schools. At least we'd moved on from "Gaudeamus Igitur"

    I always thought she was ill.

    Don't think first final will mean much after the first 10 minutes.
    Nothing like a good light bulb moment.
