Well as an avid amateur photographer, one must always have their camera at the ready. The assignment on that day was to take photo's of Paul "Strictly Ballroom" Mecurio doing a cooking show. I missed out on him and got the next best subject in that genre.
Nothing like a good light bulb moment.
