I wasn't there but I predict - yes and no....

Hoping to hear some updates on the youngsters to see who looked good. Of the regulars, I kinda know they go ok (if their last proper match was anything to go by).

And another thing. Jesse may yet become the player a lot of us suspect he has hidden in there.

Next time ugg, say hello. We get too shy don't we, just in case we have the wrong person. Can't miss me. I look like a snow cone.

Oh and Spike McVeigh was watching on too. Not starting any rumours here, just saying........He and Peter Berbakov (sic) were in deep conversation.......

As old teammates they'd have plenty to talk about given the recent events at their old club...

Why should he? I haven't! We're Premiers until the end of September, even if we don't win the thing again (which we will).

Thanks for the report too Primmy, even if the male athlete bit is a little lost on me.

He is distantly involved with the club as per this article: http://north-shore-times.whereilive....-mark-mcveigh/

Well let's just say I hope the players don't share my attitude. I have a feeling this pesky thing called the 2013 season is just going to get in the way of my continued "basking".

Been listening to this on the train this week...

The Sunday Inquisition - ABC Grandstand Sport - ABC News (Australian Broadcasting Corporation)
..And the Swans are the Premiers...The Ultimate Team...The Ultimate Warriors. They have overcome the highly fancied Hawks in brilliant style. Sydney the 2012 Premiers - Gerard Whately ABC

    Thanks Primmy.
I hope Kurt's kicking improves, hate to see shots at goal wasted by Swans forwards. Interesting that they pitted him against Grundy and Ted, because it was LRT who gave him a bath in the Adelaide final.

LRT was Mr. Invisible yesterday. In fact after the match concluded I was pretty sure he didn't play but then saw that Longmire mentioned him briefly in the post-match interview. Not sure how I could miss LRT out there with his height, gangly arms, floppy hair and the added fact he was only one of two players wearing a cap yesterday; he isn't exactly Mr. Inconspicuous. But I really have no idea where he played or even which team he played for.
