How can I watch footy without Fox???

Is it possible to stream live afl in Australia on a Desktop PC....or only on iPad/iPhone/Android. Anyone?

Sorry, I registered yesterday and was able to watch the Grand Final so assumed it would work for the other games - that sucks

I just registered for the service today and they know I am in Aus. The live feed is not available free during the season you have to pay $124. Last year this service wasn't available here as far as I know because I tried to access it NAB cup time and was told it wasn't available but they seem to have changed it this season Goswannie.

I registered fine (had to use a gmail email because it said my proper email was "used") but when I click on anything....in this case a replay from last night, it says "this content is not available in your location."

    :-(

In the footer of the top graphic it says "Service not available in Australia or New Zealand." I just find this whole thing weird. Had a tweet back from Patrick Keane saying "We are in discussions re NZ broadcasts which should be sorted before Round 1." I dunno , maybe Sky are going to miraculously start showing the Foxfooty channel! I guess that would be 5 games a week live, or something.

Last year we had a grand total of 1 game shown live on PayTV for the ENTIRE season. (it was good one, though )

So a few ways I know of.

For Telstra Bigpond customers, if you are on a bundle, with T-box (you can get it one off eBay for $100), you can get Foxtel for $9.95 per month, AFL costs $20 per month, you can cancel at the end of the month/ season.

I have this, advantage is they have swans tv and all game replays direct to the tv

This year the AFL on mobile is a bit more, around $90 for the season I think. You can get on any network, unmetred for Telstra customers

The afl on mobile/tablet has increased from $10 to $15 for a monthly service and $50 to $90 for a season pass

The good thing about the changes is that you can now subscribe via iTunes (or Google Play) and the iTunes gift cards seem to always be on discount at various stores.
