What's that word that everyone has used all year to describe the Swans midfield? I think it was 'ELITE'. Yes, history can be very humorous.

Just logged in to check the negativity levels - as expected. Hawks have stepped it up in the 3rd and we haven't had the class to go with them at this stage. Not completely surprising, but I put it down more to the Hawks playing well than us not, but what should I expect from a game day thread when we're losing?
Want to see a solid 4th qrtr effort....
I am disappointed because the hawks were completely beatable tonight, but the swans are just so very very poor tonight.
Watching the coaching staff at 3/4 time - they look completely lost with match ups.
The reality is that we weren't fixing with our form over the past four weeks. It represents a very poor slide.
Stats at 3/4 time have 79 marks to 32 which represents just how comfortably they have passed it around. Our midfield is just too slow currently, Bolton, macca, Parker, rok constantly trailing and not able to win the ball.
Grundy has been unbelievably poor tonight with his disposal. But to his credit he doesn't hide.
Why can't our DEFENDERS DEFEND???????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ?????????????????????????????????????????????????? ??????????
Our Coaches have conceded....
If ever you wanted evidence of missing our injured players its this game.....
Such a poor second half - we have been rubbish. We look tired, slow and nowhere near good enough.
No doubt we will bounce back next week, but I don't think we have much hope come a prelim.
Seriously bruce mcavaney is a hack.... getting to a prelim final doesn't mean that you are automatically in the grand final - dumba**!
"You get the feeling that like Monty Python's Black Knight, the Swans would regard amputation as merely a flesh wound."
This is @@@@@@@ b@@@@@@@t. Can't even beat a top side without their two best forwards and an ageing midfield.
Have we touched the ball yet?
