I'm more interested in the email about the new premiership club benefits.
We get a scarf (yay. Another one), but we also get one entry to one swans away match at the MCG in the AFL reserve.
Time to start planning an away game weekend!!!
177th Senior AFL Match - Round 4, 2009 - Sydney vs Carlton, SCG. This is obviously out of date. I suppose I'll update it once I could be bothered sitting down with the fixture and working it out....

Cool - that is a dramatic improvement on the hand warmers ? we got last year.
Before you criticize a man, walk a mile in his shoes. That way you'll be a mile away and he'll be shoeless.
Sweet, I didn't see that.
I've already pencilled in Richmond at the G on Friday night and back it up with Hawks v Pies at the G on the Sat afternoon. I can scarcely believe I will more than likely be cheering for Collingwood given how Hawks fans have become totally unbearable since winning the flag and then losing Buddy.
Just on Premiership Club, I have a Red Zone family membership and EVERY year they try to bill me for Premiership Club for all 6 tickets and EVERY year I need to call them and tell them it's just the 2 x Adults for P.Club, not the kids. During this years call (last week), I noticed that P.Club had risen $10 to $95 this year. The girl on the line confirmed the price had gone up and this year the price WILL go up further once the season starts...

I thought that policy was in place for this year too
I'm looking forward to after match functions. I think it is good for the members to get to meet the players and coaching staff. It gives us a better understanding of the personality of players and staff.
Don't worry Triple B, I've been writing down the questions I would of asked over the last 2 years, so I can pursue Horse with them at the After-Match Functions next season..... he might not leave the first one till the following day some time, but I've been ever so careful to list all my questions for him
"You get the feeling that like Monty Python's Black Knight, the Swans would regard amputation as merely a flesh wound."
Well mate you might not want to meet the players and coaches and actually feel a part of the footy club not just a member but I do. I did not mention performance I mentioned actually meeting the players. I am sure the kids all want to meet their heroes. I would just like to meet players like I did in Adelaide at the Glenelg footy club and get to know them a bit. GWS have this and it works really well. The members get to know the players and their loyalty is guaranteed. They feel a big part of the club. At the moment I don't feel that at Sydney. I am a fan & member but not a part of the club. I am not a person who can afford to go to the big functions so will never under current circumstances meet people like Adam Goodes, Joey or any of the others.
That is why I want after match functions to come back. It is also a good place to catrch up with friends and discuss the game instead of on this board where only the few actually know each other. Might actually get to meet some RWO people too. Put names to faces.
I never passed judgement on the merits of the after match. My point was I'm sure Horse can't wait for you to bail him up so you can tell him he's gameplan is crap, he has no Plan B and if he did, that would be crap as well. You've posted the same stuff here plenty of times.
Of course, when it comes to a face to face meeting it may be a different tune...
