I sort of always knew they would make Lloyd the sub even though I like him a lot. Team selection is so hard. I was just watching 2012 gf replay and I had forgotten Luke Parker was sub then. You can't imagine him being sub these days. Parkers selection goes without saying these days

The Ch 9 News break here said "there is a cloud hanging over Buddy".
I figured they meant a rain cloud.
I missed the actual news BTW.

Hooly dooly, that's a big out. Hawks without Mitchell, Hodge AND Buddy tonight is big for us!
I knew him as a gentle young man, I cannot say for sure the reasons for his decline
We watched him fade before our very eyes, and years before his time

Yeah I totally understand why. Cunningham might have been the other option, but I think he has been given a job today with regards to match-ups. Nevertheless, from a selfish supporters POV I do have that twinge of disappointment. Watching him smartly move around the ball last week was my favourite part of the game.

I wouldn't be surprised to see Harry get the matchup on Brad Hill. He did a good job on his brother.

From Swans Facebook page: Jake Lloyd will start in the green vest for the Swans, with Goodes, Hannebery and Cunningham on the interchange bench.
