    Swans v Eagles march thread

This will be a tough game.
Will Josh Kennedy - of the blue and yellow variety - have a quiet game ? Or is he due for one of his periodic ten-goal performances ?

Swans by 20 - but this is a real 'danger game'.

Agree. Hoping for a repeat of 2012 when both the Swans put themselves on the map as a serious contender and Jetta showed what he was capable of! Could easily go bad if the lads go in with the wrong attitude though.

Heavy rainstorms on the Perth radar just now, but looks like they may be clearing. How's it looking, people on the ground?

You misunderstand. The Eagles march is their top heavy team plodding across the ground while our fleet of foot flankers run rings around them. That's the plan anyway, what with Longmire failing to fall for Simpson's Four Ruckman of the Apocalypse ploy, though short and fast didn't help Port much last night.

Well, we have a strong newish side against an underperforming old foe. Would've liked Hannebery in there but perhaps it's a good thing he's not playing today. What chance'd Franklin have kicking straight with Hanners and Wellers tagging each other? Or worse, comparing notes!

This round has given us the opportunity to set course for a home final and we must not let it pass. There will never be a better time...

The Sydney Bloods by 2 goals 3.

Good change on our part given the wet conditions.

Yes any idea why Tippett is out ? We so need him to get match fit.

Are they worried about Tippett's knee in the wet? So looks like Reid will be doing more ruckwork.

Derickx went over so I think Tippett's omission is injury related not weather. If it was dry Derickx may have played instead of Rohan
